We need one complete sample of your Medical Records Jacket. If your filing system is numerical create a dummy folder utilizing the last number you have in sequence. If filing alphabetically, create a dummy folder for Jane Doe. Please send a sample of each and every label that gets applied to your Medical Record Jackets as well as a complete set of indexes, if you use them.
